Taquería Nube Roja

A food-truck site with a real menu board, live open/closed status computed from opening hours, and call-to-order as the primary action.

The Taquería Nube Roja menu page: sticky category filters for tacos, antojitos, desayunos and aguas frescas, with leader-dot pricing rows and popular badges.
The taquería homepage at phone width, with a papel picado banner, live open-now status, and a call-to-order bar pinned to the bottom.

Fictional concept build

The problem

A hospitality site for a taquería, built for the two things a hungry visitor actually wants at 9pm: is it open, and what is on the menu.

The thinking

Menu architecture that survives a real kitchen's list of items, a live open/closed indicator derived from opening hours rather than hardcoded, sticky call and directions actions on mobile, and local-business structured data.

The restaurant homepage: a Bienvenidos a Taquería Nube Roja headline in mixed sans and italic serif, a 4.8 rating with 132 guest reviews, an Open now indicator with hours, Call to order and Get directions buttons, and a three-photo collage of food, aguas frescas and guests.
Ordering is the whole page: the phone number is in the nav, in the hero, and in the badge — a taquería is a phone call, not a checkout.

The system

Everything — hours, menu, prices, contact — reads from a single source-of-truth file, so the owner edits one place and the whole site follows. The open/closed status is computed at render from those hours, so it is never stale.

What it proves

Menu architecture that survives a real kitchen's list of items, a live open/closed indicator derived from opening hours rather than hardcoded, sticky call and directions actions on mobile, and local-business structured data..

What this is

Taquería Nube Roja is an invented business. The menu, prices, hours and testimonials are all sample content, and the site says so in its own footer.
